These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the use and purchase of the AI WordPress plugin developed and sold by Enki Corbin, operating as a sole proprietorship registered in France, with business address at 37 Les Mézières, Saint Martin de Varreville, France.

2. Description of the Service

The plugin allows users to generate WordPress content using artificial intelligence, including:

  • Gutenberg blocks
  • Images
  • Text content

The AI processing is powered by third-party providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic.

3. Pricing and Payment

The available pricing plans are:

  • Monthly Subscription: $20 for 2,000 credits per month
  • One-Time Credit Purchase: $10 for 1,000 additional credits

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. All payments are processed securely via our payment partner. Applicable taxes may apply depending on the buyer’s location.

4. Credits and Usage

Credits are used to access AI features:

  • Page generation: 20 credits
  • Image generation: 40 credits
  • Text generation: 20 credits
  • Block generation: 10 credits

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly subscription credits renew every 30 days and do not carry over.

5. License and Access

Upon purchase, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on their WordPress website(s). Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of the plugin is strictly prohibited.

6. Availability and Liability

The plugin relies on third-party AI services. As such, service availability and performance may depend on the availability of OpenAI and Anthropic systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to these services.

Under no circumstances shall the developer (Enki Corbin) be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, no refunds will be provided after purchase, except where required by law.

8. Support

Support is provided via email or contact form for technical issues related to the plugin’s functionality. Response times may vary, but efforts will be made to assist users promptly.

9. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified in case of substantial changes. Continued use of the plugin implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
