These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the AI Builder plugin (the “Plugin”), developed and provided by Enki Corbin through the website https://wordpress-ai-builder.com (“Website”). By installing and using the Plugin, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Service Description
AI Builder is a WordPress plugin that enables users to generate website content and manage site operations using artificial intelligence. Features include:
- Generation of Gutenberg blocks, text content, and images.
- “Site Copilot”: An AI assistant capable of executing administrative commands (e.g., updating posts, managing comments, changing settings) via the WordPress REST API.
- Page translation
All AI processing is handled by third-party providers, specifically OpenAI and Anthropic, through a remote server operated by the developer.
2. User Account
To use the Plugin’s AI features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.
Creating an account is mandatory, even for the free version of the Plugin.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
We only collect your email address to manage your account and provide access to the Plugin.
- We do not collect IP addresses, generated content, or user logs.
- We do not store or analyze any prompts or outputs.
- We do not use your data for training any AI models.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and not to generate or attempt to generate any content that is:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or violent
- Illegal or in violation of any laws or regulations
- Harmful to others or infringing upon the rights of third parties
The developer is not responsible for any content generated by users. You are solely responsible for any use you make of the Plugin and the outputs it generates.
5. Content Ownership
All content generated through the Plugin (text, blocks, images) belongs entirely to the user.
You are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes, as long as it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Plugin and its code are 100% proprietary.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the Plugin or any part of its code or design.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
AI Builder relies on third-party services (OpenAI and Anthropic). Service interruptions may occur, especially due to:
- API limits
- Maintenance
- Server outages
We reserve the right to modify or update the Plugin at any time without prior notice.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, generally within 24 hours, but delays may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from:
- Use or misuse of the Plugin.
- Service interruptions or external API failures.
- Actions performed by Site Copilot: The Site Copilot feature interacts directly with your WordPress database to modify, create, or delete data. While the system requires user confirmation for destructive actions, you act at your own risk.
- Data Loss: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of actions proposed by the AI before confirming them. The developer explicitly disclaims liability for any data loss, site corruption, downtime, or financial loss resulting from the use of Site Copilot. It is your strict responsibility to maintain up-to-date backups of your website and database before using these features.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Plugin implies acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.
